Offensively, Ruiz filled in at just about every skill position in 2022, as he accumulated nearly 1,200 yards of total offense and nine total touchdowns. Ruiz shined on defense as well, finishing third on the team in total tackles with 61, and he recorded one sack and one interception. The 93rd ranked prospect has the potential to be one of the top two-way players out of Class 1A this season.
