After this showcase, Brassfield-Dailey made his name known. Outside of his bright green shorts, Dailey made two plays that were impossible to miss. First, he came down with a highlight-reel interception on a deep 50/50 ball. Then, he demonstrated his physicality by jamming a receiver at the line and winning that matchup with ease. Dailey impressed in press coverage and showed patience and control against quicker receivers. His ability to use his length and stay disciplined in coverage made him one of the top DB’s of the day.
