He’s not brought down easily and fights for 2-3 extra yards consistently at the end of runs. Don’t sleep on his blocking, you can see bodies left on the field like laundry from Kemari clearing the way for a teammate.

This is a young man who is going to be a bruiser at the running back position. He is already making it hard for guys who have to face him. Thompson is a young man who has decent speed, but he has great strength. You are going to be able to notice on his film that he does not mind running through people. Thompson is one of those guys who has a stout lower body for his age. You can see that same growth may continue as he gets older. This is a young man who we definitely feel like is going to be a big-time player on the varsity level.
