The Bison needed a big performance from their defense in last week’s region win over White House and they got it, led by Crisp, who put forth his best game of the season yet. From start to finish, Crisp played in the Blue Devils backfield all night long as he harassed their quarterback while doing good work versus the run. The Bison senior edge rusher has been coming on of late, showing the burst off the edge that put him on the college radar back in the spring. If Crisp can continue this play, the Bison might become a tough opponent to face come playoff season.
