There’s no shot I could miss him in those dope baby blue cleats, but Kelsey Waters Kelsey Waters 5'7" | 145 lbs | LB Johnson County | 2029 GA was one that impressed me at practice. He took reps at Outside Linebacker, but honestly looked more like a Strong Safety walked up in the box. Comes with the ball skills of a Defensive Back, but the ability to wrap up and make quality tackles, like a Linebacker.
