Fraser recently camped at Virginia Tech back on June 15th. He has offers from Morgan State and Rhode Island. He shows good footwork and technique in both zone and off-man coverage. Fraser has a clean backpedal and doesn’t waste a lot of motion. He’s smooth when transitioning in and out of breaks too. Fraser’s junior-year highlights show him making a lot of plays on the football. At 6-1, 175 pounds, he’s got intriguing size for a cornerback. Based on how his recruitment is currently going, he is a strong FCS prospect.
