Brown is the epitome of a gunslinger at the quarterback position. He has a strong arm with skill set to make every throw on the route tree. Kelan has a quick release that enables him to get that ball out in rhythm and his ability hit his targets in stride enables him to make big plays. Brown has been a three year starter for Refugio and he is battle tested. He lead them to a state championship appearance as a sophomore and he returns as one of the most experienced quarterbacks in the state. Brown has had a stellar career at Refugio, passing for more than 7,500 yards and 88 touchdowns. Brown heads into his senior season as the leader of a potent offense and I expect him to put up big numbers again this seasons.

With visits and camp invites on deck, the interest is high on Brown and he is a game changer that will be an asset to a college program.
