Tate is a traitsy, athletic QB coming off a flashy performance in the win against Warner Robins. He is a truly game-breaking player as a runner, both by design and in the scramble. He is fast, but also slick, allowing him to weave around contact. I am sure colleges will want him to play a skill spot, but he isn’t shabby as a passer. He has a natural coil as a passer and is capable of moving it up and down. Regardless of where he plays at the next level is irrelevant to what he is doing now, which is generating wow plays weekly.
Keirion Tate is the kind of quarterback that any coach would want on their respective teams. He’s coachable, he’s talented and has a high IQ. Those three qualities translate well to the high school level and once they are there they will develop even more which will translate to the college level. He certainly brings those things to the table and I expect him to be a name that stands out in the 2029 class in the Peach state as time moves forward!
Last but not least is Keirion Tate. Tate hails from the peach state of Georgia and like the others on this list, shows impressive skills for a kid still in middle school. Most notably with Tate is his ability to make defenders miss, inside and outside the pocket. Staying cool under fire is an invaluable skill for a QB, and Tate demonstrates that time and time again, rolling away from pressure before either making a throw on the run, or keeping the ball for himself. This skill is something his coaches seem to recognize, as Feagin Hill gives him the ability to run triple option, a play that requires quick and decisive decision making by the quarterback.
