Keenen makes possibility the biggest jump from pre-season rankings, improving almost 120 spots and becoming a top 100 player and the #10 overall DB. A player I’ve seen a few times over the last 2 years; Keenen made the step up from just being a good athlete to developing into a legit shutdown CB.
He possesses a prototype size for the position at 6’0’+ with a long lean frame. A physical player, Keenen can play press man and is able to bump WRs of their routes/timing. A twitchy athlete, he has quick hips allowing Keenen to turn & run with WRs staying in their pocket. Keenen also displays strong instincts and ball skills. Able to jump routes when in off coverage, while also turning & finding the ball quickly to make the play in tight man coverage.
No offers yet for Keenen to my knowledge, but that should change any day in my mind. I can see him dominating the camp circuit this summer. A multi-sport athlete playing basketball & baseball as well – Keenen has the size/skill set to develop into a multi-offer CB.
