He has a high ceiling due to his physical attributes matched with skill. With the rock under his arm he can cause defenses a lot heartache. Keenan refuses to go down easy and finds daylight when plays look muddy. I like his vision and one cut approach. There footwork is there and so is his speed burst. He can make you pay inside the tackles, or outside the numbers. How do you want it?
