As I looked over the Class of 2027, Kayden popped up as a very, very under-appreciated talent.

Kayden is a one-of-a-kind talent at Detroit Edison. To put this as simply as possible, he’s a very athletic and reactive two-way player. Offensively Kayden sports great vision and open-field elusiveness. I am highly impressed with his ability to earn yards after catch. Defensively, he seems a bit raw, but can come down with INTs. On top of that, he’s a great return man.

Kayden looks like a future fringe D1 prospect on tape. I don’t think he’s at that D1 level just yet, but I am projecting a great offseason and a huge 2025 season for Kayden. I really, really hope to see Kayden sometime this offseason to get a more solid scouting report on him.
