Made the move from Arlington High School to Bridgeton Academy this offseason (May 2024). Was previously a 2024, has now been reclassified to 2025. Hadn’t received much love in recruiting, AIC had Mills in to visit way back in February.
6’0, 205 pounds, a former All-State 1st-Team back while among MHSFCA Division II classmates. Has two game tapes on Hudl, one being an in-house scrimmage, the other being Week 1 action against Nichols College. Mills looked like a man among boys in the in-house scrimmage. Two scores, good pass-pro reps, was witnessed barreling through kids. Finished each run with authority against Nichols. Mills can test the boundary and edge-setters of a defense despite being a heavier set back. A school might want to bring him in if they are looking for a back who can slow the game down a bit, one who would help inside the 20, one who can be tasked to stay in and help block. Will surprise athletically, just check out his touchdown against Nichols. Mills had no business reversing field after breaking a tackle, he did so and scored. Worth checking out.

Mills is a special athlete with D1 skills. He rushed for 217 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries while adding four receptions for 84 yards and a score to lead his team. Player Analysis: Has great speed. Tough and physical runner. Can get the tough yards. Great vision and instincts. Ball security is good. Has soft reliable hands.

“Mills” is a force. He has a Jerome Bettis” type frame and also simulates a physical run style unlike many. A bruiser type runner who will lower his shoulder and run the defender over if needed. His film shows the ability to break away from defenders with speed or run through them with grit. He appears to have durability that can be used to always get the tough yards. College recruiters will like this kid as he continues to develop. At 6’0″ feet 200lbs, he has a very high ceiling and will be a recruit colleges will love.
