Sconiers is a productive two-way player for Headland who is a for sure RB projection. Sconiers comes in at 6’0 180 and plays even bigger. He has the contact balance and willingness to take on contact that a bigger back has, with the twitch and speed of a smaller back. He is a master at creating his own yards and can lift off from the defense when he finds space. Sconiers is firmly on the D1 radar, and for good reason.

At RB, Sconiers is an explosive playmaker with the ball in his hands. He’s quick, has great vision, and navigates the field to create huge gains on the ground. I’m really impressed with Sconiers contact balance- he’s a hard guy for defenders to tackle, and when you pair that with his speed, defenses are going to have problems.

At LB, Sconiers is a tackling machine who can cover tons of ground using his speed and pursuit skills. Sconiers is terrific against the run and consistently flies downhill to fill in rushing lanes and rack up tackles at the line of scrimmage or for little to no gain.

Sconiers is an exciting player who can make huge plays on both sides of the ball. Be sure to watch out for him this fall- he’s got a big year ahead for Headland!
