Mathews is another up and coming tackle prospect that had a very nice off-season and has some good upside in college and as he finishes his prep career in the central valley. Matthews has the ideal frame, size and feet for the tackle position and although still developing has a great starting toolbox in the run and pass game. He is a long levered tackle that can snap out in pass protection and shows he is comfortable moving and blocking in space and is a heavy puncher with inside hands and natural bend to get underneath defenders and drive off the ball. He is a high upside kid that is still developing but checks plenty of boxes for a rising Junior and he should really burst onto the scene after the 2026 season.
