Two of the biggest winners and stock risers from the evolving 2026 season are putting up crazy numbers and really stuffing the stat sheets over at Alden-Conger/Glenville-Emmons and their 9-Player program in southern Freeborn County. The Knights are home to a three-phase dynamo in senior Kaiden Farris Kaiden Farris 5'7" | 155 lbs | WR/DB Alden-Conger | 2027 MN , who is already sitting at 23 receptions for 448 yards and 9 TDs through three games, not to mention one rush for 10 yards, 11 tackles, 1 INT, and nine punt returns against Wabasha-Kellogg for 188 yards and 2 TDs. There is going to be some serious postseason recognition for Farris if keeps this production up.

Farris got things off to a hot start Week 1 vs. Wabasha-Kellogg, going for 4 receptions for 95 yards and 2 TDs and 4 punt returns for 188 yards and 2 return TDs. The film vs. Wabasha-Kellogg shows a nice display of body control and ball-tracking ability on a back-shoulder snag on a wheel route. The first punt return involved him playing a booming punt high into the Minnesota Friday night sky, explodes upfield, makes a big cut left, then back inside after another 10 yards, racing by 3-4 pursuers who could barely get hands on him, much less tackle him. The second big return saw him once again put the speed on display, racing up his left sideline and past the majority of the coverage unit. Also demonstrated a good arrow route on the goal line, huge receiving TD saw him easily torch Cover 3 defense with impressive vertical ability, and electric moves in the open field

vs. Lanesboro:

Farris posted 7 tackles, 1 INT, and 8 catches for 105 yards and 1 TD. Farris produced a nice INT and break on the ball when undercutting a poorly thrown pass downfield. Nearly took it back to the house too but got his ankle tapped by that backside pursuer, maybe the QB. Also showed off balance, burst, quickness in the open field.

Versus Kingsland, Farris tallied 11 receptions for 248 yards and 6 TDs, and he popped off a big B-button and cut back against the grain and inside for a smooth and dazzling TD run on a end-around. Farris also burnt a Knights‘ CB deep in man coverage, burnt that same CB deep later on a fade ball, jumped and sacrificed his body for a crazy snag up floating in the air. The senior can change tempo in his routes, demonstrates a big catch radius and hops on a snag in the back of the endzone, thrown over a couple of defenders, and tracks the deep ball well. He also got open on an out-and-up and popped off a back-shoulder snag on a quick out in the front corner of the pylon.

Farris has been on the PRZ radar for a while now, and it’s no surprise once you delve into his stats and tape from his junior season. He amassed an impressive 45 receptions for 835 yards and 12 TDs, with an additional 103 yards and a TD on the ground. On defense, he brought down 46 total tackles, 1 FF, 4 INTs, 7 PBUs, and 2 TDs! I really liked his tape as well. Farris is clearly faster than most of the DBs he competes against, and creates a ton of separation from defenders, even if they’re playing a soft zone. He can turn it on after the catch, too, and can frequently be seen racking up serious YAC. He’s got legit concentration, too, and can reel in tough balls in double coverage, which he’s done on multiple occasions. He’s a deep threat and demands special attention at all times; best believe he’s the first look on a long third down too. He’s the kind of athlete you just want to feed the ball to, and could end up being a versatile threat at the next level.

Farris finished with 46 tackles, 7 passes defended, 4 INTs, 1 forced fumble, and 2 blocked kick returns for TDs. Farris showed very good man-coverage skills, winning his 1-on-1’s as a CB like he naturally does as a WR, and he was able to come away with some impressive picks high pointing 50-50 balls like a receiver, and he continued to prove on defense why he’s so dangerous with the ball in his hands, as he was able to return two blocked kicks for touchdowns, both against Leroy-Ostrander. Farris is one of the most complete football players in the 9-Man league, and his presence will be very much anticipated in this conference heading into 2026.

Staying in Alden-Conger, Kaiden Farris Kaiden Farris 5'7" | 155 lbs | WR/DB Alden-Conger | 2027 MN has been a steady target for the Knights’ passing game. Farris finished with 761 receiving yards on 42 receptions (18.1 YPC) and 11 receiving TDs while adding 101 rushing yards and a rushing TD. He added 408 total return yards and a punt return TD this season. Farris gives plenty of all-purpose value for the Knights, having a more explicit effect in the passing game with his speed, agility, and ability to twist his body around to make acrobatic catches down the field. Farris has deep-threat value as he’s able to burn defenders down the field, and despite his smaller size, he’s excelled as an outside WR lined up 1-on-1 with bigger CBs. His skillset might better be suited as a slot receiver, but Farris will be a prospect to watch out for as he enters his senior campaign in 2026.
