As it is common this time of year, Kai is now listing himself at Northern Guilford High School, however our evaluation is based on what he did McMichael High School last season. And what Kai did was be an accurate thrower of the football from the pocket on a consistent basis. I liked Kai’s accuracy and touch on the ball on deep throws down the field especially. Kai has nice throws when he’s in a catch and throw rhythm, or in a catch and 3 step from gun rhythm. Kai can make some off-platform throws along with operating a little bit of RPO looks, so Northern Guilford’s offense makes some sense for him next season for sure.
