Oneida doesn’t have some of the juggernauts on their schedule that other Tight Ends/schools do, but Kaden Keeton Kaden Keeton 6'3" | 170 lbs | TE/EDGE Oneida | 2029 TN should not be slept on as a prospect. He’s listed at 6-foot-3 and 170-pounds right now, and while I can’t confirm that, he appears to be pretty close on film. His film from this season was fun to watch because he made a bunch of grabs that left me saying, “1.) How did the defense not break that up? and 2.) How did he come down with that?”. I’m not sure how to describe it, but he seemingly waits until the last possible minute to snatch the ball. One this kid hits the weight room consistently, he could be a problem at Tight End and/or Edge.

A two-way starter at Defensive End and Tight End for Oneida Middle School this season, Keeton and the Indians closed out their regular season last week with a 20-0 victory over Burchfield–OMS’ third shutout on the year. Keeton has had some great moments on both sides of the ball thus far, using his 6-foot-3 and 170-pound frame to his advantage. Offensively, he’s a mismatch with his height and has shown great body control and spacial awareness when going up for a pass. Defensively he has great forward lean as he comes out of his three-point stance and loves going hunting for Quarterbacks. If he pick up his speed and fill his long frame out, he’ll be a nice prospect.
