Kaden Edwards Kaden Edwards 6'0" | 165 lbs | DB Pinson Valley | 2026 State AL has become a dominant DB for Pinson Valley over the past few seasons, he’s coming off one of his best seasons yet and made tons of huge plays all over the field against the run and pass. Edwards lines up outside at CB and is excellent at reading and reacting to plays- he flies to the ball carrier no matter where he lines up and consistently comes up with huge stops for his defense by breaking up passes, hauling in interceptions, and stopping the run. Edwards has great instincts and ball skills out in coverage, he isn’t easily beat downfield, is great at tracking the opposing quarterback’s eyes, and can break on passes and come away with some seriously impressive plays on the ball. I’m seriously impressed with how clutch Edwards is down by the goalline- he singlehandedly stopped numerous touchdown plays last by breaking up passes in the endzone, causing headaches for opposing offenses. With how well he played last fall, Edwards has received offers from Eastern Kentucky, WKU, and more over the last few weeks. Be sure to watch out for him this fall- he has some great film you can see below and is set to have a huge senior season for Pinson Valley’s defense.

Kaden Edwards Kaden Edwards 6'0" | 165 lbs | DB Pinson Valley | 2026 State AL is a talented sophomore defensive back out of Pinson Valley who has already made a big impact in their secondary as an underclassman. Edwards had a really productive season where he totaled up 21 tackles, 4 interceptions, and 8 pass breakups throughout the fall. It’s impressive watching Edwards play, he already possesses great athleticism, coverage skills, and hands that allow him to bait quarterbacks and consistently make plays on the ball. In addition to his skills out in coverage, Edwards also shows a lot of physicality with how willing he is to get involved in the run game and make tackles. Keep an eye on Edwards, he’s got a lot of skills and potential to be a great player for Pinson Valley’s defense this season!
