Kade is a 2027 quarterback out of Boone Central that caught my attention when looking at 2027s across Nebraska in Class C2. The 6’3 180 pounder shows off the size profile that has the size college coaches are looking for and surely can add more frame in a college weight room upcoming. He’s a quarterback that intrigues me with his efficency on all three levels, as Kade has the linking precision with his wide receiving core and can also fit throws on deep routes into tight windows which are a couple skillsets that popped out quickly. He also shows off the arm balance you want to see from a velocity perspective as the bulk of Kade’s throws were pinpointed on time in my eyes. One NAIA offer thus far, as I would only imagine he gets more attention at camps this summer.

Kade tore defenses up through the air and ground, ending the year with 56% completion rate, 1,636 passing yards, 514 rushing yards, 13 passing touchdowns, and eight rushing touchdowns. Kade stands out immediately with the type of size college coaches will look for at 6’3″ and 195 pounds, with room to continue growing. He does a great job sitting in the pocket and analyzing the field as he works through his reads. Kade has great pocket presence, vision, and mobility, which help him avoid pass rushers as he keeps his eyes downfield. Strong arm— Hudson showed he can push the ball downfield and deliver it on a rope as he catches his receiver in stride. Kade’s size also helps him as a runner, as he can bounce off would-be tacklers and even dish out some punishment. Very promising QB who is only starting to reach his potential!
