Although the outcome wasn’t what Keller or Ridgefield would have liked, there were some quality takeaways from what Keller was able to do this past weekend. Keller’s first rep on tape shows he can deliver accurate balls to corner routes with DBs pinching the throw. His next rep shows he can stay in the pocket and deliver darts while taking a hit. Next, Keller shows he can utilize his legs and pick up yardage even when the defense locks up his reads. Not much more you can ask of the young man. He finished 28 for 45, 305 yards through the air, with two passing touchdowns to boot. Keller, a Ridgefield captain, would more than likely trade in this performance for a win. Even still, this is solid tape from a top 50 New England quarterback.
