About Justin

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Quick (run a 4.6) , athletic (3 sport athlete), good hands, acrobatic style catches, ball hawk on D.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

focused, hard worker, team player always looking for opportunities to get better

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I'm involved in the Academy of Finance and actively go to church with my family

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Within my faith, I have participated in many hours of community service as well as at my elementary school. I am a Team Leader for football this season where my group attends team events including volunteer work with local sports kids.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I am living a very fortunate life so the only major challenge I have probably experienced was growing up with an older brother who lives with diabetes. As a family we have always been committed to his health and well being. He's only a year older than me, so at times it's been hard watching him have to go through issues that I and other kids don't have to go through.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'd like to attend a school close to my home in Buffalo - within a few hours of a drive. Affordable tuition. Good business school and good football program.

A couple different players could be named player of the game but Justin Hartwig Justin Hartwig Justin Hartwig 5'11" | 155 lbs | WR/ATH Lancaster | 2025 State NY was exceptional in all three phases and had made critical plays at crucial times. Hartwig is a solid shutdown corner that is also a fantastic WR with solid hands and good route running ability. Justin caught 7 passes for 189 yards while his biggest contribution came with less than a minute to go and he snagged the game clinching INT.

Hartwig entered the season 3rd on the Legends with 374 yards and 4 TDs but it was at corner that he made the most impact this week. He grabbed 2 INTs, bring his season total to a Section VI leading 7.
