The Southeast Whitfield program has been down for many years, which is something that continues to be a trend, but with many players returning, it seems they are entering their best season yet when it comes to the 2020s. One of the players I am monitoring closely is two-way athlete and great defensive back Justice Bolt Justice Bolt 6'0" | 160 lbs | DB Southeast Whitfield County | 2028 GA . Bolt has some of the best upside in the northwest area, and he is one I am the most excited to see develop, as he could take a major step up with an even bigger role for the 2026 season. Make sure you keep an eye on Bolt.

Bolt is one of the better players Southeast has seen in quite some time. Bolt has the ability to do great things, but will need to continue working to get better. I had the chance to see him play in person, and he has done a lot of great things, but I would love to see him improve his weight. If Bolt adds to his frame, he will be one of the names to know in the 2028 class. He is solid in zone coverage, but I would also like to see him get better at man coverage. He is already solid, but there is room to improve. That will also improve with added weight.
