Julio Pagan Julio Pagan Julio Pagan 5'10" | 140 lbs | QB NJ is a 2030 QB with D1 aspirations, and from what I’ve seen so far, that goal may be within reach. Towering over the competition last season, Julio hit his growth spurt earlier than most. If he continues developing at this pace, plenty of scouts will take notice.

Julio showed flashes of fluidity in the pocket, demonstrating the ability to navigate under pressure and evade the rush. He is also a phenomenal wrestler with excellent stability and body control, making him extremely difficult to bring down. A bruising runner as well, he often leaves defenders regretting their decision to meet him head-on.

I’m excited to see more film of Julio airing it out and continuing to extend plays.
