on the field multiple times now, I’m consistently impressed by the way he creates separation. Julian may be a smaller receiver, but his explosiveness and quickness make him a difficult matchup, particularly in man coverage. His lightning fast feet and sudden movements off the line regularly put defenders on their heels, while his ability to change direction allows him to create space almost immediately out of his breaks.
Julian has also shown himself to be a reliable target with the hands and route running ability to complement his athleticism. After multiple strong showings, I’m excited to see how that playmaking ability translates into production this season.

Julian is a name I’m familiar with, though I haven’t had the chance to see him in person yet. His highlights quickly show why there’s so much intrigue around his game, as he flashes special ability and clear upside. One clip that stands out immediately is a kickoff return touchdown where he turns what looks like a dead play into six, showing natural instincts and vision in the open field.
Despite being smaller in stature, Julian is extremely elusive and difficult to square up. He has excellent ball-tracking skills, strong body control, and the flexibility to adjust mid-air and make tough catches. His quick-twitch movement is evident whether he’s split out wide or lined up at running back, where he explodes out of the backfield and gets vertical in a hurry. Julian’s versatility and suddenness make him a matchup problem anywhere he lines up.
