Notoa can be an amazing power back if he utilizes his physical potential, as he’s already been described by his coaches as a true downhill runner. He does this well enough to simply be considered based on his weight room statistics and offseason padded game footage. He works with FSP and also lists himself as an ATH, which would be scary for a defense to deal with as a complete package of size and speed. He’s not as fast as some smaller athletes but has some evasiveness as a natural runner who welcomes contact but hits gaps with power and acceleration. He should be a factor for Kamiak, especially with their new coaching hire getting 2 more years of the physical runner to build around.
