Mayfield was limited by an ankle injury but began the retreat going through drills and he was impressive. The defensive back coach who gave him praise early on during the footwork session. After reviewing his 2023 film, he showed his natural ball skills and he has a nose for the football. Mayfield tackles well in the open field by taking proper angles to the ball carrier. He has some juice to his game and will be a key returner for Parish Episcopal in the secondary.
