Davila finished his sophomore year with four interceptions in 11 games, returning two of them for touchdowns. He also showed the ability to fill the lane to provide support against the run, finishing the year with 89 tackles. Davila doesn’t currently hold any offers but he has the talent to play somewhere at the next level and has already received some college interest.

What I like about Davila is his ability to be an all-around explosive playmaker, proving he can shut down both air and ground production. In addition to being able to pick off the quarterback in heavy coverage, Davila stands out with his ability to contain the rush, using his electric speed to stop the offense.

He finished the regular season with 86 tackles. Davila doesn’t currently hold any offers but he is a player for college coaches to keep a close on eye as he continues to develop over the next two seasons.

To wrap up my top defensive players from Week 2, I have Juelz Davila Juelz Davila 5'11" | 190 lbs | ATH South Oldham | 2026 KY from South Oldham. Davila played a huge role in South Oldham’s shutout victory over Nelson County. Juelz lines up at safety where he is very impressive in pass coverage on the back end of the South Oldham secondary. On Saturday, he came away with an interception and returned it for a very impressive 102-yard touchdown. He also showed the ability to fill the lane and provide support against the run, finishing the game with 12 tackles. Juelz doesn’t currently hold any tackles but he deserves some attention from college coaches as he has the talent to play somewhere at the next level.
