Josiah came into the Forest Hills program from a strong traditionally good school in Dillon, and he has a good, diversified game as a quarterback. Based on his highlights, I would classify him as a dual-threat player who does an excellent job of throwing on the run from multiple launch points in an offense. As a runner, Josiah is decisive and has good speed in the open field to run away from defenders in general. Another thing I like is that in scramble situations, Josiah keeps his eyes downfield to make throws for big plays and doesn’t exclusively take off and run. I think this is a great situation for Josiah to excel in and be successful.

Oxendine is one of the top guys both on the field and in the classroom. With a strong arm and high-level athleticism, he has elite potential at the position. He already has offers from several Group of Five schools and because of his outstanding work in the classroom, he should have plenty of options for where to go to college.
