He does a good job of making defenders miss in the open field. He also displays good speed as he runs past defenders in the open field trying to tackle him. Garcia is also good at running routes. He is excellent at running inside seams or posts where he runs past defenders to find the opening. He also catches the ball well, especially in traffic between defenders. He is outstanding on contested catches. Garcia has a chance to be an excellent player next year as a Senior.

At slot receiver, he shows off some good hands. He does a good job of catching the ball in between defenders, or if the pass is low or high. He has good speed and when he gets into the open field he glides past defenders. He also has a quickness and the ability to make defenders miss. Garcia also does a good job of covering receivers. Garcia is a good athlete in the 2026 class.
