There aren’t many other DBs in the class who possess the raw upside that Tillar has. He’s as good of an athlete as anyone else on the field and is still developing on the backend, but once it all clicks he’s going to be a stud. He’s thick and is clearly in the weight room. He’s confident on the outside and has the swagger you need to play out there. Corner is a tough spot because people only notice when you mess up, but Tillar is built the right way for it. If he puts it all together over the next 2 years, he’ll skyrocket in national rankings.
