. Barr stands at 6’3″ 195-Pounds, displaying a solid frame for a WR. The Irondequoit prospect has seen an uptick in his recruitment as of late.
Barr was an elite threat used all over the field for the Irondequoit Squad. He has elite speed, and good footwork. With the ball in his hands, he can reach the second level with ease, and can make sharp cuts to avoid defenders with ease. In motion, Barr is unstoppable, with the ball In his hands, and easily a top prospect in the 2027 class.

is one of the biggest upcoming juniors in Section V who is a playmaker all over the field. As can be seen on film, he is a WR that can take a short pass to the house easily on bubble screens and in-breaking routes. The deep threat that he is was electric and will carry over to this year. Equally, Barr has a strong ability after the catch, as he can break multiple tackles with force. No doubt Barr will be a critical component in Irondequoit’s offense.

Barr is a long, lean athlete at the WR position. He is very smooth on tape and shows on multiple screen pass reps that he can be a dynamic threat after the catch and pull-away from defenders.
Barr runs mostly screens or fades on tape, so you don’t see a full route tree. However, on many of those deeper fades, he shows elite ball tracking down the field, the ability to contort his body to make tough catches, and the ability to catch away from his body, relying on his hands, not his body, to make plays.
Barr is one of the more complete WR prospects in the class from the standpoint of his ability to win at the catch point, create plays after the catch, and have very strong measurables for the position.

Barr is on the same team as Walker, and they created about as dynamic as a 1a & 1b WR duo you can have going forward – Barr does play both ways, but this year, I think he is probably the better WR prospect. Barr has a large catch radius, tracks the ball well downfield, and can create in-space and on-screen passes. He is a filled-out 6’3 that has the body strength to break through arm tackles.
Just based off his movements and size, I wouldn’t be surprised if he was viewed as a safety or Rover prospect by some but there is a lot to like.
