Joseph Smith was a great source of consistent yardage for Williamston. Whenever they needed to get back in rhythm and control the ball, Smith was always able to do that. He ran so physical that he really wore on the Haslett defense. Below are a few of my notes from the game.

-Great contact balance. Absorbed hits and was able to bounce off of defenders that tried to tackle him too high and was able to blow through arm tackles.

-Great burst through the hole, and then found the gaps to get out to the 2nd level and into open field.

-Finished every run. Extremely physical and was able to maximize every carry for more yardage.
