Jordan Moore-Payne may be small in stature, but he is a true dual-threat quarterback who can hurt you on the ground and through the air. Payne lands at number 19 for the position. He displays solid footwork and the ability to evade pressure effectively post-snap due to good awareness and pocket mobility. Moore has a strong arm and consistently delivers accurate passes in both short and intermediate ranges, showcasing his ball placement and consistency. I expect him to take that next leap this summer.
