About Jordan

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I use my speed and hand eye coordination to be explosive of the ball during offensive plays. As a FS, my goal is to break up plays and disrupt the WR I am also the last line of defense to stop the run or pass play

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m a competitive person who strives to do my personal best and be that leader that is needed on and off the field. Mentally I feel as though I you have to always bring your game if one aspect is not working then you have to dig deep and never give up

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved in our schools link crew which sets up programs for incoming freshman, participate in organizing school rally’s. Local car washes and fundraiser with having a local car show. I am also involved with improve your tomorrow which is a non profit organization that provides mentorship to kids of ethnic backgrounds I received an academic award for fall and spring season

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have learned how to be more vocal as a leader and in leadership roles to use my voice in a positive manner. I have also improved how to communicate in public speaking events and environments. Community service I participate in local camps and with the Ward Boy Project to assist kids in various communities.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

So far the biggest challenged I faced was playing a game when I just found out my grandfather passed away. I was close to my grandfather and headed to a tournament for baseball when I received the news he passed away unexpectedly. I had to dig deep and know that he would want me to play as he loved baseball. This was by far was the best performance I had in a tournament.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college where my skills set in athletics and academics can be an equal part to my development. I would like to attend a college where the academic community allows me to have an educational experience to ensure that I establish myself in the workforce.

Kinnaird had an outstanding year for Heritage and was one of the leading two-way players across the North Coast Section. He checks into our WL rankings in the most recent update and is a no brainer D3+ college caliber player that is one of the top unsigned athletes across the Bay Area. He finished the year with over 500 yards receiving and 6 touchdowns while tacking on another 55 tackles and 6 PBU’s on the defensive side of the ball. He currently does not have any offers, but should see some D3/NAIA schools possibly come in the coming weeks as they are finalizing their 2025 classes.
