Devoe’s game is defined by strength, consistency, and nuance. His ability to move guys is impressive, especially given his effectiveness in multiple ways. While having enough grip strength to stop an engagement on contact, he also has the leg drive to generate lanes and move linemen against their will.
From a technical aspect, Devoe is an advanced-level lineman. He’s comfortable in space against rushers, maintains his cool when the pressure is on, and always seems to remain fundamentally sound. He has a solid base to anchor himself, excellent timing, and hand placement. While usually being the first to make contact, he still stays square and forces guys to get to their second move.
