Starting this PRZMN special feature off with a bang, and that “bang” goes by Jordan Borowicz Jordan Borowicz 5'10" | 190 lbs | ATH Roseau | 2027 State MN . Known more for their hockey team, the Roseau Rams have a drop-dead fantastic multi-sporter in their 2027 class in Jordan Borowicz Jordan Borowicz 5'10" | 190 lbs | ATH Roseau | 2027 State MN . PRZMN and yours truly absolutely dropped the ball when it came to ranking Borowicz, and he’s set to make a big-time debut on the Big Board in the coming days, along with a group of peers, so make sure to stay tuned for that as well. Borowicz is an absolute stud on the basketball court, and is the brother of Katie Borowicz, a former guard at the University of Minnesota who is now coaching women’s hoops at Hamline. His other two sisters also played at MSUM and North Dakota, bringing some serious bloodlines to the table as a prospect, bloodlines that are showing up and showing out this winter with Roseau’s bball squad.
Ranked #117 in the state by PrepHoops, the 5’9 PG ropped 70 against Warroad, surpassing 3,000 career points on the hardwood that game for one of the best individual scoring performances in state history. According to the Minnesota Star Tribune, Borowicz has scored more than 40 points five times this season, more than 50 points three times, and also dropped a previous career-high of 57 points in an 80-73 win against Badger/Greenbush-Middle River in January. Borowicz is averaging 35.6 PPG as of a couple of weeks ago, but he’s got some serious game on the gridiron and classroom, where he holds a 3.6 GPA and totaled 185 carries for 1152 yards and 16 catches for 170 receiving yards in 2025.
Borowicz, who has stated that he’s interested in playing either sport in college, had North Dakota come and watch a workout this winter, a wise decision, as the 190 lber. is strong and balanced through contact, with jittery footwork in the open field that sent a DB’s feet sprawling out from under him like a rug had been ripped from beneath his feet. Borowicz pinballs would-be tacklers off his lower and upper body like a bowling ball and really packs a punch for his size. He can force missed tackles thanks to his quickness, footwork, and vision, and he does a good job of seeing the cut back as well as setting up and snatching the ankles of LBs and DBs in the open field. He shows soft hands out of the backfield and will run behind his pads and sit your butt down as a ball carrier, and the 190 lber. flashes home run speed and can pop off and create explosive gains and TD runs for an offense. Plus, Borowicz is a devastating lead blocker when called upon, displays balance and fight to stay upright every carry and every rep stands out on tape as well, and is dangerous in the open field with an effective stiff arm. DIIs, DIIIs, NAIAs, JUCOs, line up now! This multi-sporter is a BALLER and will be joining the Ranking’s Big Board in the next couple days, so stay tuned!
