, Baker becomes the top ATH in the lower Hudson Valley.
Baker is listed as an ATH, but he mainly takes snaps at RB. With his 5’10” 170 pound frame, he displays a good build for a RB. On tape, he is a Swiss army knife who can line up across the field and in the backfield. He is a solid returner which adds a level of depth to his game. He is an elusive threat as he constantly makes guys miss in open space with his sharp cuts and good speed.
Baker is a top three ATH in the state and with the rankings approaching, we could see a new number one in the Hudson Valley region.

Baker plays RB/DB and excels as a returner. The production is there, but on tape, you see a prospect that fits the role of an offensive gadget weapon that can line up all over the offense. Baker shows good twitch and quickness in open space, he has a lot of tape making guys miss and can do so running in between the tackles of 1v1 in open space.
I like how fluid he is as an athlete. It helps contribute to his ability to return, take jet sweeps, be a receiver out of the backfield, and essentially be used in so many ways offensively. I think he no doubt can help teams in the return game. He also flashes the capability to play either offensively or defensively with his short-area quicks and twitch.

Baker is an RB/WR/Returner, essentially an offensive gadget prospect. He also produces from the DB position,l but his ability in space with the ball in his hands makes him more of an offensive prospect in my eyes.
Baker does dominate Class B, a slightly lower class in NY, but he was the best player on one of the best Class B teams in the state. His positional versatility and athleticism stand out amongst the top athletes in this class.

A true do-it-all offensive weapon that also can make an impact as a returner Baker may be my favorite skill prospect on this list. I love the versatility in where he can line up at WR & RB and has the skill set to be on the field all three downs at either positions.
He shows a lot of position-specific skills he shows but he is a very explosive runner – a player who I will look to get some verified running times for because a little hard to gauge his speed on tape but he has those explosive short-area movements throughout his tape. Getting bigger and stronger will be important, especially with RB reps but some good baseline explosiveness to work with.
