Jordan Anderson
About Jordan
Expert Analysis
Alin Edouard | Prep Redzone Scout
Jordan has put together a standout season with 1,268 yards and 17 touchdowns, establishing himself as a true playmaker in the offense. What really stands out about Jordan is what he does after the catch.
Once the ball is in his hands, he immediately shifts into another gear. Jordan is dangerous in space — he shows quick burst, sharp cuts, and the ability to make defenders miss in one-on-one situations. He doesn’t waste movement, instead attacking open lanes and turning routine completions into explosive gains.
His vision is just as impressive as his athleticism. Jordan consistently finds soft spots in coverage and understands how to angle his runs to maximize yardage. Even when defenders have a bead on him, he has the balance and toughness to fight through contact and keep plays alive.
That ability to create after the catch is what separates him. He’s not just a receiver who finishes plays — he’s a receiver who extends them, and that’s what makes him such a constant threat every time he touches the football. He currently holds offers from Houston, Oklahoma State, TCU, Texas Tech, and SMU.

The second half of a dominant Wolves’ air attack duo, Anderson has been one of the best wideouts in the state this season, regardless of class. While Jordan shares targets with the number 6 leading receiver in the state, it has not stopped him from totaling nearly 700 yards and 12 TDs through 7 games. The all-around pass catcher is a brilliant route runner and excels at catching passes out in front. Jordan is great in the deep part of the field but also really thrives in after the catch opportunities. Another part of Anderson’s talent that doesn’t show up in the stat sheet is his immense value in the run game as a blocker. The do-it-all emerging star recently picked up offers from SMU and Houston. He’ll look to stay hot to finish the season for the prolific Wolves offense.
