About Jones

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would describe my gameplay style as a strategic way of being able to read the defense and be able to tell what coverage the Defensive Backs and Safeties are in. As well as being able to tell what type of leverage the linebackers have and my blocking responsibility when coming off the ball. As a player I am able to point out to coach's strengths and weaknesses in the defense.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I would describe myself as a team player having an ability to work together to get a win and bring my teammates up when something goes wrong. I would also consider myself as a playmaker because when my coaches need me to do something I'm going to go out and do it.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Yes, I am in Beta Club, I am a member of the Junior Cattlemen's Association, I have received the leadership award for my graduating class, and I am an A average double sport scholar. State of Georgia Senate Page, and Team Captain for my Football and Basketball Teams. I also own my own Cattle Farm, it is called Scotsbrier Farms located in Moreland, Georgia. My grandfather and I own a herd of 15.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am committed to the grind of football and am willing to do anything to excel at the next level. I am hardworking on and off the field training 2 to 3 times a week during the off and post season. I also do community service through Beta Club and the local 4-H by working events at our fairgrounds.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Fortunately, I have not.

What type of college are you looking for?

I would prefer to go to a SEC school, but we all don't get what we want, whatever school shows me the most commitment and sets me up for my future of being a pilot one day would be the dream.
