Current Ranking and Potential Bump: Currently ranked as a Top 150 senior out of New Jersey, the former PRZ Showcase attendee attended the most recent string of Villanova camps, with a few of his reps catching my eye. Surprised to see a player of his caliber and production level, show out at events and still have no offer. I implore Davis and family to be patient, good things are headed his way. I don’t handle ranking updates in New Jersey, yet from everything I saw of Davis, albeit brief, I can understand why he’s ranked so highly on our New Jersey site. A top 20 two-way player with two-way prowess, working reps at backer and back, looking most natural during RB drills. Although Davis produced well at the backer position for Ramsey, I could see a college suitor bringing him in to play back, based on what I saw this past week. Ranking holds true.

A two-way prospect who I can say fairly confidently can play either side of the ball at the next level is Jonathan Davis Jonathan Davis 5'10" | 175 lbs | ATH Ramsey | 2027 State NJ . As a running back for Ramsey, Davis uses his hand to catch the ball and has showcased straight line speed. Defensively he is a linebacker that reads his keys and gets to his run fit. As a running back he keeps his feet moving well, tacking on cheap-and-easy yardage in the process – all the while possessing the ability to spin off of leverage to break tackles. Additionally, Davis has shown that he can gain the sideline and has powerful legs.
