Stat Line: 4 Tackles, 3 INTs

We don’t have the full highlights, but we have the cut ups of the three INTs that Jonah secured. As if that wasn’t enough, Jonah made all three in the 4th quarter as Waterford was trying to stay in the game. Jonah’s athleticism gave him the range to easily roam the ack end of the defense and be in position the make the grabs. Every time the opposition tried to spark a big play it seemed like Jonah was there to create a turnover. The playmaker is an impressive athlete and is well worth keeping an eye on. I’m excited to see what more is to come from the versatile and explosive athlete.

In 2025 Jonah led Wisconsin Lutheran to the playoffs while being the team’s leading passer and rusher for the offense. The ’28 QB is establishing himself as a dangerous athlete that defenses have to account for on every play. Last year Jonah finished with 686 passing yards, 10 TDs, 508 rushing yards, and 10 more rushing TDs. When this kid decides he is keeping it you better hope you have someone to either meet him in the hole or contain him on the edge because if Jonah gets the edge he has shown that he has that game breaking speed you don’t see at the QB position very often. He does a really good job of reading the field and deciding when you keep it himself. As a passer he has shown to be a smart decision maker with only 2 INTs compared to the 10 TDs. The arm is developing too. The tape shows that he can push it downfield and be accurate on the move or from the pocket. If the arm can continue to catch up to the athleticism then Jonah is going to be one of the most dangerous athletes in the state.

Jonah is coming off a breakout sophomore season where he earned QB1 for the Wisconsin Lutheran varsity. The 2028 is a legitimate dual threat QB. This past season he led his team in rushing yards along with all passing categories. On Sunday he flashed some of that with his 9′ broad jump. As a passer, Jonah has a bit of a sidearm release. Overall it is a quick motion and he can get it out quickly, he just has to be careful with that low release point. The sophomore proved he could put the ball on a string with velocity throughout the day. I’m looking forward to seeing the testing numbers from Sunday as well as what he does the rest of this offseason/next summer. His dual threat abilities will turn heads.
