I didn’t get much of an opportunity to look into the sixth-grade teams of the states down here, prior to the Future Stars Game, but I quickly saw that they had two very talented QBs. Mauldin made a number of really beautiful throws throughout the practices. Made the right reads, got rid of it quickly. Didn’t see him throw any passes that weren’t a tight spiral. On the shorter side right now, but when he starts to grow, there’s a ton of potential for him to become a special player.
