About Jon

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Aggressive, powerful blocker with quick feet and a strong first punch. I take pride in finishing every play and protecting my teammates. I use my size and leverage to dominate in the trenches and keep defenders off balance.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m coachable, hardworking, and competitive. I love learning technique and improving every rep. I take football seriously, but I’m also a team-first player who leads by example on and off the field.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Honor Roll student, good citizenship awards, and involved in helping with community events through my school.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Football has taught me teamwork, accountability, and how to lead by example. I’ve learned to communicate, stay positive, and keep pushing even when things get tough. I always try to encourage my teammates and do my part to help the group succeed.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

At the beginning of last season, I broke my wrist but stayed focused and played through it. I learned how to push through discomfort, stay disciplined, and not let setbacks stop me from helping my team. It made me tougher mentally and showed me what dedication really means.

What type of college are you looking for?

A strong academic school with a great football program where I can grow as a player and a person. I’m looking for a team that values hard work, discipline, and family culture.
