Harrower has the frame to intrigue anyone in the country, and I see a very talented quarterback behind that 6’5″ frame. His accuracy is solid, but I am more intrigued by his athleticism and arm talent. I have him graded as one of the most athletic QB’s in the state. I believe a smaller program will be receiving a steal with Harrower.
