Johntez Bates Johntez Bates Johntez Bates ATH Lawrence Central | 2031 IN had a great first day on Saturday; but his day on Sunday was even better. Bates dominated, displaying great hands over the middle of the field and flashing his ability to be a big target defenses have to account for. Very good leaping ability who uses his length to high-point the ball. Big bodied target with long arms and legs. Also a safety on defense where he is quick to close and takes away routes underneath in coverage.
