Deemer was a key contributor as a sophomore for a Bedford outfit that reached the second round of the playoffs. He rushed for 195 yards (5.6 YPC) and five touchdowns. On defense, he contributed 25.0 tackles (16 solo, 8.0 TFL) and a pair of sacks. During his sophomore highlight video, we witness a battering ram of a running back. His legs churn and defenders bounce off of them. They know Deemer is coming and still struggle to stop him. He also shows some wiggle and burst. It’s a skill set that would work at other positions as well.
