Prep Redzone Iowa last wrote about Deemer about a year ago. The Bedford Athlete was coming off a solid sophomore season and trending up. That ascension continued in 2025, when he piled up 36.5 tackles, 31 of which were solo stops. Deemer collected 8.0 tackles for loss and 5.0 sacks. On offense, he rushed for 233 yards (6.7 YPC) and four touchdowns. He’s an interesting two-way prospect as we can see when watching his ?s=20" rel="nofollow">11th-grade highlight video. Deemer stands out for his physicality right away and throughout the film. He’s a bull with the ball in his hands or when blocking. It’s definitely a downhill, between-the-tackles game, but there’s some wiggle and speed, too. Deemer’s strengths shine through on defense, too, where he fights off and disengages from the blocks regularly while flying to the football. He’s a technically sound tackler that squares up the opponent, wraps and drops him. Deemer would be a special teams’ asset on the next level no matter what side of the ball he lined up on.
