Jewett has very good athletic ability due to his very good jumping, balance, speed, good acceleration, and change of direction. Good release not getting caught up at the line of scrimmage. Very good separation quickness. Uses his speed to outrun the defender, fights through contact during the route, or identifies a zone to exploit. Very good ball tracking and catching. Excels at contested catches. He has a large catch radius and plucks the ball out of the air. Jewett uses his big frame to gain yards after contact, dragging defenders or running through them. He also gets down and dirty while blocking. He’s a playmaker that would do well at the next level.

Jewett uses his speed to outrun the defender. He doesn’t need a lot of separation to make a catch. Very good on contested catches. Very good ball tracking and catching. Uses his lengthy arms to rip the ball out of the air. After the catch, it takes multiple defenders to take him down. He bulldozes through for extra yards. Very good blocking as well. Pushes his guy back into the 2^nd level, to create running lanes. Jewett is a beast and I can see him producing at the next level.
