Jmere is a slippery runner who can cut on a dime both in the box and in the open field. He presses the line of scrimmage with patience before exploding out of his jump cut into daylight. His excellent feet and vision make him an effective runner on both gap and zone runs. He also has a powerful knee drive that prevents him from getting tripped up when defenders make contact with his legs. He’s a patient runner who can explode through the line of scrimmage when there’s a hole to run through with enough speed to score anywhere on the field. He ran for an eye-opening 221 yards and 215 yards in the final two games of the season and has the potential to have a true breakout season this upcoming fall as a junior.
