Twigg is a DB who stood out at our winter StockUp Showcase and is an athlete who I think could make a splash on varsity next season. A safety with a nose for the ball, Twigg’s film is loaded with interception after interception. He’s got quick feet and breaks on balls well, which is a large part of the reason he’s able to get so many turnovers. He does an excellent job of reading the QBs eyes and is a serious threat in his zone. Twigg is rarely beat over the top and overall showcases phenomenal instincts. He’s also a solid open-field tackler who can stop the run. I’m pumped to see what Twigg can do in 2025.

One of two 2027 prospects that I have amongst my standouts, was 2027 defensive back JJ Twigg JJ Twigg 5'9" | 155 lbs | DB Eastview | 2027 State MN of Eastview. JJ popped out me during 1v1s, as a defensive back that despite on the smaller side held his ground against bigger competition and I was intrigued with this young man’s ball tracking ability for his age. He came off more instinctive than I had envisioned watching him in testing and Indy and made his noise where you need to at camp in 1v1s.
