Marquez is a gunslinger that can make every throw on the field and make the defense pay for being out of position. He has nice touch on the deep ball and can give his receivers a chance to run after catch hitting them in stride. He is quick to get the ball out in the quick hitting plays, giving his teammates room to operate. He is a decisive QB and will be a player that needs to be on the radar moving forward.

Marquez is a player that got some time his freshman year on varsity and he was able to show toughness and leadership qualities early. He is a player that is able to extend plays with his legs and can get outside the pocket to hit receivers coming back to the ball. He is able to get out and pick up some yards when the play breaks down but tries to keep his eyes downfield. He has a strong arm and can put air under the ball to give the receivers a chance. He will have to limit his turnovers but with a year under his belt he is in position to turn some heads this coming season.
